Belly Buster features three modes, Restaurant Tour which breaks up the game into levels and allows the use of a multitude of power-ups, Buffet which runs through the content continuously, and a nibble mode which gives you an opportunity to eat your way through a random sequence of items in a short amount of time. And of course, there are various ways to increase your score such as score multipliers, combos, and finishing bonuses!

There are also a few boosters that can aid in busting your belly, ranging from a slow for a short time to starting from a saved point instead of the beginning to an increase in health.
